ZONE
This zone consists of two separate areas (a couple of meters away from each other) which can accomodate in total 28 people.

MARATONA DORMITORY: is a 22 people dormitory with bunk beds, toilet with sinks, WC and 2 showers positioned in the squat toilet room.

BROWNSEA HOUSE: small flat with kitchen (equipped with dishes, 8 stoves with gas bottle, 2 fridges with freezer and electric oven), one room with table and chairs to use either as dining room and meeting room, one room with 3 bunk beds (6 places) and a small toilet with WC and sink.

Both areas are provided with a pellet stove.
CANOPY: during summertime, in front of the Brownsea House, a covered area is available to eat outdoors. It is equipped of tables and benches up to 60 people, 2 gas grills, one sink and a refrigerator.
RATES

The prices for groups of minimum 10 people are the following (smaller groups will have to pay the same rate in order to cover the operating costs):

Overnight (with own sleeping bag) € 7,00 per person per night;

Bed linen supply (sheets and pillowcase) € 3,00 per person + € 1,00 per night;

Kitchen use €20,00 per group, gas use included;

Pellet included (2 bags per day)

Gas grills not included, the rate is € 40,00 each time
