Purposes

The Scout base of Trieste, the "Alpe Adria" Scout Hostel, is a center for the promotion and development of scouting and naturalistic activities, in support of all those who share the ideals of the scout movement; it is a point of reference at the service of those who, in the spirit of the same values, intend to lend their work in favor of the world of youth, and is a structure, open to the city, which houses Associations, Bodies and Educational Institutes. AMIS sincerely hopes that each guest will take the utmost care of both internal and external structures; in particular, it invites everyone to collaborate in keeping the structures of the Hostel always functional, always remembering that, ultimately, it belongs to all guests.
Let us always remember that point of the Scout Law which says: "the Explorer respects and protects places, animals and plants". We are confident that all scouts will be able to act in compliance. The request for use of the Hostel or of the land implies knowledge of the following Regulations.

Golden Book of the Scout Hostel

It represents the life and history of the Hostel and the voice of those, especially the children, who lived in it hours of serenity and harmony. Scout Units are invited to fill in at least one page, in the most serene and genuine Scout spirit.

They are directly responsible for managing the activities carried out by their group.
